Musings and Colors and Flowers!

It was a relaxing weekend, and although I still feel like I haven't much to say in terms of snake stuff, I am glad to have had the break I did.

I was hoping for Mother's Day eggs, but to no avail.

I am actually in the process of moving animals around for the up and coming onslaught of babies (I hope), so that I can make things work without pulling my hair out.

I didn't get as far as I wanted.

But, hopefully today or tomorrow I can get up off my duff and do it.

Now, I realize I didn't say anything about these rose pictures.

They are my FAVORITE roses of all time, and I bought them for all of my mother snakes for mothers day... (not really, but I had to have some excuse to buy them).

They are a Bicolor Rose called Circus, and they are the epitome of awesomeness in rose coloration in my opinion.

They will be my centerpiece flower for my wedding, which is yet to happen.

A gal can dream, right?

Now I really want to see if I can make a Ball Python this color without dying it.

(You know those glass fish you can buy at the store that have those obviously fake plastic neon colored lines thru it? Yeah, not like that.)

THAT is the challenge of my lifes work.

Pastel Yellowbelly with.... something red. Caramel would make it pink.... I don't know, but I will figure it out.

Or die trying.

Which gives you the idea I'm in it for a while, right?

Yeah baby.

I am.

So enjoy my roses for my snakes, and enjoy your day, my friends.

I know I will!
